Changes for urgent and routine medical queries/appointments as of 1st October 2025

As of 1st October 2025 all requests for urgent and routine medical appointments and queries will need to be submitted online using the correct forms.

Please allow 3 working days for a response to routine enquiries. However if clinically urgent the practice will be in touch within 24 hours.

If you have any issues with completing the forms the practice will support with this.
